Notes regarding time

Equipment required (not provided): Helmet full facemask, Mouth guard, Shoulder pads, Elbow pads, Hockey gloves, Hockey pants, Shin pads, Hockey socks or sweat pants to cover shin pads, skates, stick.

Description

The Penguins Mite Development League occurs:

• Thursdays: 5:50-6:50pm
• Saturdays: 11:40-12:40pm

The League is a fun way to develop skills as well as a love for the game of hockey! Novice, Intermediate and Advanced levels offered.

Current openings are for Intermediate and Advanced Levels:

CURRENT INTERMEDIATE SESSION

August 24 – December 21

• Thursdays: 4:40-5:40pm
• Saturdays: 10:30-11:30am
• Ages 4-8
• Thursday Skills Night
• Saturday Game Days
• Fee depends on when child starts

How to Register:

3.Select a category on the left

• Register – You can register for any training sessions, multi-week, single day, camps, etc
• Leagues – 4 on 4 youth league, adult league, etc
• Drop-In Events – another way to search for date specific training, skating and skills training, public skate, etc 
  • Scroll to the date you are interested in training on to view available sessions
• Membership/Passes – to purchase a 6, 12 or 24 pass of skating and skills sessions
  • Purchase the pass first - Click add pass, select participant at the top, then select your pass, once the pass is purchased
• Select classes to participate in and apply your pass at checkout

PREREQUISITES

• Must be a USA Hockey member
• Must have passed or at a Learn to Hockey Skate 2 Level
• Must have strong forward skating, beginning concept of backward skating, comfortable with stickhandling and eagerness to compete
• Must attend evaluations
