Pine Plaza Bowling Lanes

Bowling at Pine Plaza Bowling Lanes gets everyone moving and offers a fun way to stay active. The shared experiences will create endless family memories. There's also  arcade games and a full menu to order a variety of food items during your visit.


Depreciation Lands Museum

The Depreciation Lands Museum is a vibrant Colonial era living history settlement, in an area that by 1805 was known as Talley Cavey. Staffed with costumed volunteers, our facility incorporates an original Pine Creek Covenanter church building and the associated cemetery, along with an 1800s log house, and many reproduction buildings and artifacts. We also boast a research library, with a significant collection of books on 18th century history, life and skills of the period. 


The Strand Theater

Founded in 2001, The Strand Theater Initiative is a non-profit created with the mission of reviving Zelienople’s old Strand Theater as a cultural, education, and community outreach center. Through private and public financial support, The Initiative purchased The Strand in 2002 and completed the first of three planned construction phases in 2009. Since its reopening, The Strand has presented a wide variety of theater, concert, and film programming.





Topgolf

Topgolf offers a unique and fun experience that blends the traditional driving range with a high-tech, interactive game experience.  Each bay is equipped with microchipped golf balls that track your shots and score based on accuracy and distance. Sweetwater offers nearly 400 classes, workshops, and lectures annually in the visual, performing, literary and culinary arts for children, teens, and adults at every skill level, from beginner to experienced. Sweetwater’s multidisciplinary approach includes classes in ceramics/sculpture, cooking, drawing, painting, photography, jewelry & metalsmithing, fiber arts, traditional crafts as well as private music lessons.


You Be You, Inc.

You Be You Inc provides contemporary, culturally relevant and social emotional learning aligned music programming to youth 0-18 in Pittsburgh, PA.  You Be You takes systemic approaches to empowering diverse groups of students to express themselves fully though the global language of music. Students receiving You Be You services are guided towards musical fluency in individual and community settings.

All programs use the You Be You Music Room curriculum a goofy, developmentally sequential, and creativity-powered method. Students learn through play and creativity while absorbing necessary music theory skills to communicate their inner thoughts and feelings through song.




Living Waters Splash Pad 

Living Waters Splash Pad in Emsworth, PA and is a private indoor water park designed for kids and families. Amenities include:

Heated splash pad, water slides, dumping buckets and toddler area, cabanas and loungers and birthday rooms. It's a great place for kids to enjoy splashing around and for families to have a fun day out or celebrate special occasions.


West View Hub

At West View Hub, you'll find access to a variety of resources: a library with computers and internet access, support services such as a food pantry and counseling center, and enriching youth programs. Through the efforts of our volunteers and the support of our neighbors in West View, we are striving to give our patrons a place where they can enjoy themselves, and bring enrichment to themselves and throughout the community.


Heinz History Center

As Pittsburgh’s “people museum,” the History Center preserves and interprets the history of Western Pennsylvanians through six floors of interactive exhibitions that feature iconic artifacts like the TV set from “Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood” and the world’s oldest jeep. The Western Pennsylvania Sports Museum is located on the second and third floors of the History Center.


Fort Pitt Museum

Discover the world-shaping events that occurred right here in Pittsburgh at the Fort Pitt Museum, located within Point State Park. The Fort Pitt Museum tells the story of Western Pennsylvania’s pivotal role during the French & Indian War, the American Revolution, and as the birthplace of Pittsburgh through interactive exhibitions, life-like figures, and 18th-century artifacts.

During the summer months, you can witness living history in Point State Park as the Fort Pitt Museum’s colonial reenactors demonstrate how life was lived during the 1700s.


Children's Museum and Museumlab

Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh is a place that delights and inspires children, where they can take off on fantastic flights of imagination daily, and return to earth to splash in a river, hammer a nail and ink a silkscreen. We were named one of the 10 best children’s museums in the country by USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice poll every year from 2022 – 2024.
