Notes regarding time
You must choose a time slotDescription
Register to attend and meet the friendly ghosts of the Allegheny Observatory, learn about dead stars, imagine phantom nebulae, visit the crypt and find your own Halloween constellations. The activities are for elementary aged students with their families.
Expect to stay with your children as they find the activities in the Allegheny Observatory. We expect the activities to take about an hour and if it is clear will have Saturn in the telescope for viewing afterwards.
Costumes are welcome.
There will be one scary hallway which you can easily avoid, otherwise the ghosts are all friendly and the content is astronomy.
Let us know if you child needs an option to a sugar cookie.
