On Saturday July 6th, we’ll be closing down the street of Penn Avenue between 9th and 11th Street and hosting two public events: the Fursuit Parade, and the Anthrocon Block Party! We’re partnering with the City of Pittsburgh to create a day of friendly, safe mingling where we can share the magic of our fandom.

Fursuit Photo & Parade - Anthrocon Block Party - Frequently Asked Questions

The parade will begin at 2pm, starting at the convention center and down Penn Ave.  Right after the Fursuit Parade will be the Anthrocon Block Party! Weather-dependent, the street of Penn Avenue (in front of the convention center) will be blocked off from 9th to 11th Street for furries and Pittsburgh locals to interact.
