You will learn how to level a cake; the uses for different tips; how to use a piping bag and various tips; how to pre-ice and ice a cake; basic cake decorating techniques, including buttercream flowers. Included with this class is a take-home cake decorating kit with all the items you will need for each class, including a turntable. Open to ages 9 and up.
