Karen Prunzik’s Broadway Performing Arts will be starting it’s first Annual Broadway Summer Theater Camp with musical shows for all levels along with the best dance training you will find in the city.
PRINCESS CAMP!!!
For our Broadway Babies AGES 3-5, back by popular demand, we offer our PRINCESS CAMP! This is a one week program 10am to 12pm Monday through Friday, designed to introduce your little ballerina to the magical world of the BALLET PRINCESSES. They will hear the stories and learn choreography to the beautiful ballets of Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Swan Lake and more. They will also learn the basics of ballet and will make their first ballet coloring book to keep for a memento. Our final day, we will celebrate with a special performance for parents and friends followed by a PRINCESS CUPCAKE PARTY!!!!

BROADWAY BOUND CAMP!!
Our Broadway Bound Camp AGES 8-12 is a 2 week all day program specifically designed for the student who is discovering their love of singing, dancing and acting! Especially on the stage! The morning classes offer training in acting, improv, vocal technique, movement for actors, ballet, tap, jazz, Musical Theater and more! After a lunch break, the afternoons will be spent rehearsing for one of the most touching and enjoyable musicals written by Pittsburgh’s Stephen Schwartz....GODSPELL! Onstage performance July 24!
BROADWAY TRIPLE THREAT CAMP!!
And finally our Triple Threat Broadway Camp AGES 13 & UP! This program is for those who have a dream!!!! Whether it is to be the lead in their school play or the lead in a Broadway Show this program offers the student the opportunity to work with some of the best teachers in the industry. Faculty members from Point Park University and Carnegie Mellon University as well as Broadway performers from NYC will be attending this camp as special guest instructors. Special classes will include set design, costume design, stage fighting, audition class, writing a resume, the proper headshot and more....
The afternoons will be spent rehearsing an adaptation of the 1980’s film version and the Broadway production version of FAME with some of the most notorious songs such as “Out Here On My Own,” “I Sing The Body Electric,” and more with amazing dance sequences.
