Tips From A Mom and Discount Codes!

By Christine LaGrosse March 28, 2012

Hop on over to The Mall at Robinson to get your picture taken with the Easter Bunny and click here for some discounts!! One discount is just for military personnel and the other is for some early bird photo takers so don't miss them! He arrived this weekend and he is ready to pose for the camera! My daughter had her picture taken last year for the first time and you can tell by the look on her face that she was so excited! One of the reasons we choose this mall for Santa and the Easter Bunny is because they do not rush the experience.Julia needed a little time to warm up and they waited until she felt comfortable!
***THIS JUST IN... We just got back from The Mall at Robinson and the bunny is EVEN MORE awesome this year... if you can imagine that!! He is wearing a fabulously tailored green jacket with tails and is hopping and shaking his tail. The scenery around the pictures is really beatiful and extremely fragrant. Makes you feel like you just stepped into his cottage!!

Here are some tips we have from our readers and our personal trial and error:

1)Make a trip to the mall before the planned picture taking to “check out” the bunny and make sure your child is OK with them from a distance first! The area where this Easter Bunny is located will allow you to sneak a peek from the second floor looking down so your child can know the exact process and what to expect.

2)Let your child choose if they want to sit next to the bunny or on her lap. This will give them a sense of control in a new situation and might add to their comfort level.

3)Try to go during a time that will not be as busy.As I mentioned, The Mall at Robinson does NOT rush kids through so each one gets time to enjoy their experience. This can mean the lines might be slightly longer but I assure you, it is worth the wait!

4)Although WE might like the picture of them with their best dress on, they might feel more comfortable in clothes they choose.

5)Make sure to check the “carrot breaks” to time your visit at the right time. Hey, a bunny has to eat too!!
